Sr. SAS Research Analyst: Boston or Minnesota
The Sr. Analyst is involved in all aspects of research activities contracted by i3 Innovus. This includes responsibility for technical support and planning and performing economic/outcomes evaluations in health care research, and analysis and reporting of studies. Designing and implementing the technical components of health economic studies including proposal development, analysis and interpretation. Responsible for using SAS to analyze large medical claims database files (PC and UNIX) to support pharmacoeconomic modeling efforts. Preparation and quality assurance of study deliverables, including models, final reports, manuscripts, posters and presentations. Performs programming, statistical analyses and/or modeling and prepares required graphs, tables and figures using the appropriate software tools.
Experience Required:
Training and/or experience in the health care delivery field. Post graduate degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. 2 years of SAS programming experience required. Training and/or experience in health economics and/or outcomes research. Training and/or experience with the following software as appropriate: statistical, database, spreadsheet, decision support, graphics and text processing. Training and/or experience in computer programming.
