The Associate will be responsible for providing advanced analytic support for Home Equity direct marketing efforts. This will involve the application of data mining and advanced statistical approaches to support the delivery of marketing campaigns. Specifically, business analysis, targeting model development, design of experiments, and strategic support will be provided across all types of Home Equity campaigns.
The candidate must possess excellent SQL and SAS skills for data access, data manipulation, and advanced statistical analysis. Have at least two years of experience creating design of experiments, performing analysis of variance, conducting linear regression analysis, and applying logistic regression models. Experience with MS Office spreadsheet and presentation tools. Proven Communications skill including the ability to convey complex subjects to senior managers with a focus on implications and recommended actions. Must be able to translate complex business needs into measurable experimental designs for direct mail campaigns and communicate the results of sophisticated statistical analyses into clear actionable summaries and recommendations. This position involves client interaction in a fast-paced work environment.
The ideal candidates will have a Master’s degree in quantitative methods, a background in direct mail or e-commerce, and excellent communications skills. Individuals with other educational backgrounds or experience and who possess the proper skills and abilities are also encouraged to apply.
